The Zoning Review Committee is comprised of one member of the Planning Commission, the Building Official, and the Deputy Director of Community Development. Entitlement applications that require Zoning Review Committee review and/or approval include Minor Use Permits and/or Alternating Use Agreements (Shared Parking Agreements). Projects that require approval of a Minor Use Permit or a Minor Variance and another concurrent entitlement application (i.e. Conditional Use Permit, Design Review, etc.) are heard solely by the Planning Commission.
